Air Travelers: We Want More Self-Service

Been to an airport lately? Then you've probably seen the check-in kiosks that allow airline passengers to print out their own boarding pass, change their seat assignment and more. But that's not nearly enough for air travelers, apparently.

According to a new survey by the Swiss firm SITA, Road Warriors want to do even more for themselves.

Nearly 70 percent would like to see more automation when going through security and at boarding gates.

> About 66 percent want to print their own luggage tags and attach them to their luggage.

> About two-thirds would like the power to change their own flight itinerary.

> About 66 percent would like to claim delayed luggage without the assistance of an airline employee.
