How much does your boss affect your state of mind? Well, it alldepends on who you are.

Some 53 percent of Generation Y workers said their relationship with their boss had no impact on work-life happiness, while 62 percent of baby boomers said the relationship had a strong influence on them.

54 percent of workers said they don’t really care whether they report to a man or a woman, and 13 percent would rather work for a female. But 26 percent said they work better with males.
