Grab a hand towel and lie on the floor with knees slightly bent over your belly. Hold each end of the towel under your head to support your neck, then contract your abdominals. Curling your torso, shoulders, and head off the floor, cross the left towel end(left hand) toward your right knee. Simultaneously, bring your right knee into your body in a crisscross motion. Hold for five seconds, breathing deeply, then slowly switch legs (and elbow motions). Alternate 20 times per leg.
