KILLER ABS, BODACIOUS BUTT
Here’s one way to strengthen your abdominal muscles efficiently while simultaneously toning your ever-enlarging glutei maximi. Kill two birds with one stone without getting into that boring, flat-on-your-back crunch position. (In fact, we think this is the perfect exercise to do during television commercials — see if you can hold this killer combo move throughout the entire commercial break.)

First, get into a full, straight-legged, push-up position. Then, bend your elbows and place your forearms on the floor, but remain up on your toes. Lift your hips and keep your body in one long, hard line while you contract your abs and glutes to keep you up. Then, slowly lift your right leg six inches off the floor, keeping it straight. Hold it there till you can’t stand it. Take a 30-second break, get back in position, switch legs, and repeat.
