1 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Liqueur of rose
Rosé Champagne
Twist of orange
In a tall, chilled tulip glass, pour the Cointreau and liqueur of rose, then top off with champagne. Stir quickly, and garnish with the orange twist.
