MOST PEOPLE SAY A FINE WINE GETS BETTER WITH AGE.  We say a fine wine gets better with each sip.  (Okay, gulp.)  Much in the same way, Bottle Shock -- the mostly true story of an American vintner who beats his French competitors in an international taste-test contest -- gets better with repeated viewings. Luckily, it’s out on DVD this month (Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, $28), and wine is available at the nearest grocer. We’ll drink to that.
