Jim ShahinThe development of the windchill factor and the heat index came from an instinct so fundamental to humanity it alone separates us from the rest of the animal kingdom. That instinct is the need to suffer and brag about it.
Of course, nobody wants to suffer too much. Which is probably why they made the windchill factor warmer.
With summer on the way, I suggest you get out the sweaters.
