Las Vegas, land of excess, can’t just open one new bar. Three sounds about right. From the owners of the exclusive nightclub Light in the Bellagio come MIST and CARAMEL. The latter is an upscale Bellagio lounge where tipplers sip from caramel- and chocolate-coated martini glasses (702-693-7111). Mist, at Treasure Island, aims to glamorize the neighborhood bar, complete with multiple plasma TVs and communal table (702-894-7111). And the MGM Grand breaks out TABU, a dazzler from architect Jeffrey Beers and Cirque du Soleil designers with tabletop images that change each time your drink lifts (702-891-1111). This calls for a toast.
