Whether you are flocking to or fleeing from Celine Dion, the Strip’s latest star, do pause at BRADLEY OGDEN, the namesake Vegas restaurant of the famed California chef. You’ll find it opposite Dion’s theater in Caesars Palace. As at his other eateries, including San Fran’s One Market, Ogden emphasizes seasonal, specialty farmed foods in American classics like Humboldt Fog blue cheese souffle and Alaskan salmon with artichoke hash.
