“My initial focus in Kauai was on finishing projects that had been halted because of the hurricane and economy, such as the golf course,” says Case. “I am now beginning to consider what to do over the long run, that is the next 10 to 20 years, but there are no immediate plans, and I want to take the time to do things right.”
