chilled metal shaker

Pie A La Mode

1 part Liquor 43
2 parts heavy cream
1 part Apple Schnapps
1 part vodka
1 part maple syrup

In a chilled metal shaker, shake Liquor 43 and heavy cream till slightly thickened. In another shaker place the Schnapps, vodka, and maple syrup with ice and shake till very cold. Strain into a martini glass, then slowly top with the cream mixture.
