Last month, Dallas’s AT&T Performing Arts Center made its debut, marking the completion of the city’s 30-year plan for cultural dominance by way of a 68- acre, 19-block arts district. Among the area’s culturally refined institutions you’ll find the Dallas Museum of Art (with a 23,000-plus collection), the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center, the renowned Nasher Sculpture Center, the Trammell and Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art, the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (of which Norah Jones is an alumna), and, finally, as its crowning jewel, the AT&T Performing Arts Center -- a $354 million, 10- acre multivenue site for music, opera, theater, and dance that rivals even New York City’s Lincoln Center.

Truly in Dallas, people do not ride horses to work/school, or are uneducated and can't speak correct English. The only people wearing cowboy hats are the tourists and real cowboys and ranchers who generally don't live in highly urban areas. Truly, all of Texas is amazing, but Dallas is very rich in culture and beauty.
