ESV | Cadillac Escalade | StabiliTrak

Wheels

by Ed Wallace

GRAND CADDY

The new ESV version of the popular CADILLAC ESCALADE, luxury sport utility vehicle ($56,310, plus freight and options) adds 22 more inches to the vehicle’s overall length, translating into three rows of seats and a great improvement in storage space over the base model. The ESV also comes with a standard 345-horsepower V-8, GM’s patented StabiliTrak suspension, and all-wheel drive. Still, the greatest improvement to either of the 2003 Escalade models is the improved look of the interior, which sports the finest in leather seating and a much-needed dash redesign.
