RED-HOT RUBY

The Ruby cocktail gets its color from Florida ruby-red grapefruit juice, and it’s already become the signature drink at the hot Wave restaurant in Chicago’s W Hotel, where Aida Turturro of the HBO series The Sopranos was spotted sipping one. And, according to the Florida Sun-Sentinel, it has now become the official trendy drink of the moment thanks to its appearance in episodes of Sex in the City. Sometimes simple becomes again simply elegant. Or, the reigning glitterati seem to think so.
