"One of my favorite stopping points when I’m on business in Seattle is a restaurant called 13 COINS [206-682-2513]. It’s mostly Northwest cuisine — great steaks, fantastic salmon. All the food is outstanding, and the martinis are ice-cold. You can sit at the dining room bar and watch the chefs prepare the food. It’s quite a show."
