DRIVE IT HOME

For those of you fed up with the standard golf ball, take the latest dimpled darling from Spalding out for a test drive. The Top-Flite XL3000 Super Straight comes out of the box with a nifty new Teflon outer coating. Yes, you read right, that non-stick stuff that makes an omelet slip right out of the pan. With its application to the outside of these balls, Teflon works wonderfully to eliminate the dreaded hook and slice. A box of 12 balls will run you about $24, not a bad price to save your imperfect swing.
