Amy RobinsonAh, spring, when love and espionage are in full bloom. The following March releases are sure to make even the coolest of weather warmer.
One Night at McCools is the classic story of three guys falling for the same girl. One night at a bar, the three meet and fall in love with the aptly named Jewel, played by
Liv Tyler. This one stars
Matt Dillon, John Goodman, Paul Reiser, and
Michael Douglas. As the song goes, these boys are “looking for love in all the wrong places.”
The Tailor of Panama stars
Pierce Brosnan, Geoffrey Rush, and
Jamie Lee Curtis in a spy thriller penned by master of the genre,
John le Carré. Rush plays Harry Pendel, tailor to the rich and famous of
Panama, who is not quite what he appears. Brosnan is a British spy (who would have thought?) who tries to get Pendel to listen in on the conversations of the dignitaries he serves. The information that Pendel passes back to the British, however, is not always entirely accurate.
