Elaine GlusacBefore his death in L.A. in January, photographer
Helmut Newton — the veteran Vogue photographer famed for his sexy covers — lent his photo collection to his hometown of
Berlin. That arrangement now becomes permanent at the new Museum of Photography in
Germany. With photos drawn from a 1,000-image catalog, curators are christening the museum with the tasteful exhibits “Sex and Landscapes,” and “Us and Them,” which feature shots of Newton and his wife, June. 011-49-30-2090-5566.
