DRINK IN ARIZONA

Move over martinis. Two new lively wine bars have decanted a rage for grapes in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Via candlelight, stone walls, and a copper bar, Kazimierz World Wine Bar (480-946-3004), neighbor to and sibling of Cowboy Ciao, evokes an Old World cellar, patronized by a fashionable Scottsdale set. In Phoenix, Postino (602-852-3939) transforms an old post office into a relaxed cafe with roll-up garage doors that frame views of Camelback Mountain from a litter of cozy couches and chairs. —
