Designer Matthew Williamson has had a busy 2009 thus far. In February (during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, no less), he opened his first U.S. flagship store in New York’s Meatpacking District. A 2,500-square-foot fashionista’s dream space, the store has curving reflective walls and, as a nod to the inspiring role that Mother Nature plays in Williamson’s designs, a garden.
