ANSEL ADAMS’ GREATEST HITS

In black and white and with minimalist compositions, Ansel Adams let the West speak eloquently for itself. In Yosemite, the Grand Tetons, and Monument Valley, Adams created a body of photography that immortalized and, in many cases, galvanized the preservation of American landscapes. Before he died in 1984, he identified his best 75 photographs. Catch this “museum set” on exhibit at Indianapolis’ Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art in Ansel Adams: A Life’s Work through March 25. (317) 636-9378 or www.eiteljorg.org
