Coffee is good for you. Now you can be good for coffee growers. A half million Colombian coffee growers share ownership and profits at the new Juan Valdez Café, a burgeoning chain run by the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia. Shops are already open in Seattle, Washington, D.C., and New York, and some 300 more locales are expected worldwide.
