Australia, incidentally). The Dutch are pumping nearly $5 million into the celebrations, planning everything from Rembrandt-centric cycling and sailing packages to special exhibitions at the Rijksmuseum and Rembrandt House Museum. As if you needed an excuse to go to Amsterdam.
