San Francisco’s cable cars are the quintessential symbol of the city, which is why at HARRY DENTON'S STARLIGHT ROOM (450 Powell St.; 415-395-8595), mixologist Marco Dionysos created a cocktail in their honor. And there’s no better place to enjoy the cocktail than Harry’s, on the 21st floor of the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, where you can gaze down on the little cable cars as, in the words of Tony Bennett, they “climb halfway to the stars.”

2 oz. Captain Morgan’s rum
Juice of one lemon
1 oz. Curaçao
