OH, SAY, HAVE YOU SEEN THESE TWO NEW PATRIOTIC ATTRACTIONS? BOTH HAVE OPENED TIMED TO INDEPENDENCE DAY

  • A $4 million addition to Baltimore’s STAR-SPANGLED BANNER FLAG HOUSE houses the War of 1812 Museum and exhibits devoted to the flag. One of the highlights is a 30-by-42-foot window that’s the same size, color, and design as the original flag by Mary Pickersgill, which is on display at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of American History.   • The NATIONAL CONSTITUTION CENTER, on Philadelphia’s Independence Mall, is the only museum in the world dedicated to honoring and explaining the U.S. Constitution. While there, make sure to put your John Hancock in the visitor’s book. (215) 923-0004, www.constitutioncenter.org
