Top sounds in lush surrounds set the ST. LUCIA JAZZ FESTIVAL apart from the springtime concert swell. The volcanic isle with legendary street parties stretches the genre to include R&B harmonists Earth, Wind & Fire, boy band Boyz II Men, and ’70s soul brothers The Spinners, while Herbie Mann, Incognito, and Four Play play to purists.
