SUNDAY
BRUNCH
"I like to sleep in on Sundays, but a good place to go for brunch
is Nemo on
South Beach. On Sundays, Nemo's has an endless buffet.
The
food is a little of everything: vegetarian, new American,
Asian, Indian. There's also an endless dessert buffet. It's the
perfect place to start your Sunday."
ONE SPECIAL DAY
"I used to really be into windsurfing. I would get to Virginia Key
Beach on Key Biscayne at 3 in the morning. It's a little beach
that's very popular for windsurfing. I'd check the weather, and if
I knew it would be a windy day, I'd set the alarm clock for 2 a.m.,
then drive to the beach and sleep in my Jeep so I could get the
first waves when the sun came up. It's really quiet and peaceful on
Virginia Key Beach at that time. You feel like you're the last
windsurfer on earth. By the time more surfers would come, around 9
or 10, I'd already be gone, headed back home to sleep."
