Willi Bründlmayer | Langenlois
Aftertastes

One of the best finds has been the Bründlmayer estate, in Austria’s Kamptal region. Willi Bründlmayer is generally regarded as one of Austria’s most talented winemakers. Almost every wine that comes from his cellar is as focused, lucid, and as polished as a Mozart quartet.
This late-harvest dessert wine is made from Austria’s signature white grape variety, Grüner Veltliner, grown in Bründlmayer’s organically maintained estate vineyards near the town of Langenlois. With its exquisite balance and intense varietal tones, a glass of this stuff is all the dessert you really need — even if you’re a dessert addict.
