For dinner, it’s 4 Market in the W Hotel -- great chef, great lounge, and very romantic.”

It also boasts its own sugar artist, Karen Portaleo, who creates the most amazing lifelike cakes I have ever seen.”

Little Five Points is Atlanta’s funky cross-streets of dives, vintage clothing, and cheap eats. “I always go to 6 Elmyr,” says Blackmon. “It’s in a historic building and named after the famous art forger [Elmyr de Hory]. The walls are filled with pop art, its jukebox is the best in town, and the food is awesome, if you don’t mind inhaling a little smoke while eating.”
